Stayfree will support any Windows based network/ PC/ Internet Connection for any size of business.. This also includes networks/ PCs installed by a third party Supporting a Network can include     Telephone technical support     E-mail technical support     Remote administration     Consultation and Recommendation     Installation of Hardware or Software     On site visits for emergencies or just for a check up     Network Maintenance     On or offsite repair Typically we charge £55 + VAT per hour per senior technician and £25 + VAT for junior technician for a site visit We dont charge for two people when only one will do and our minimum call out time is 1 hour. Alot of work can be undertaken by remote access, so we can maintain your network out of office hours to minimise disruption. Typically we charge £35 + VAT per hour for remote work Similarly if we think it would be more cost effectivefor you to remove a PC to work on back at base, we can do this at £35 + VAT per hour. We will always offer you the most economic solution. We can be as involved in your network as much as you need us to be. If you just require our services when things go wrong - or if you would like us to manage your network regularly and provide you with recommenations for improvements and planned upgrades.
